There is so much to say about Katie as a person, caring animal individual and wonderful groomer, where to begin? My first experience was when I brought my first dog Finnegan to her. Finn had been through a rough couple grooming experiences and since,I was very cautious finding him a new groomer and we than happened upon Katie and the minute I met her both I and Finnegan were immediately sure this was a fit, and it was. She is kind and puts your pet (and you) at ease with her nurturing voice and words and knowledge and Finn was treated well always and looked great each time.
When I lost Finnegan at 10 years old I was beyond devastated and had to cancel his next appt with Katie, it was so hard but not only did Katie sincerely care days later I received a card in the mail from her a gesture I’ll never forgot, it spoke volumes.
A few months later I made the decision to get another Maltese (puppy) this time a female while very small she had (and has) a huge personality resulting in her first grooming very challenging for Katie. I felt terrible Teagan was so afraid she lashed out even though teeny tiny she tried and did bit growled but Katie remained calm. She not only was able to calm down my poor little puppy she reassure me it would get better and Teagan would soon be fine with her grooming and she was right.
Katie has a innate natural ability with dogs (all animals) they immediately trust her and so do you, both of my beloved pets loved her and never dreaded nor left stressed from her grooming appointments. Katie’s skills with her cuts are absolutely flawless I’ve never once had a look I didn’t like she is a true artist. You can not ask for a more trustworthy, talented, hilly skilled, patient loving pet groomer and on top of all a fantastic sense of humor which is always key. I highly recommend Katie she will love your pet as much as you and they will be happy unstressed and look mighty fine when you pick them up.

My name is Redford and I have been going to Katie ever since Mom adopted me, which is about 18 months ago. Before me, Katie took very gentle care of Pepper who was sick and didn’t like to be groomed.
I Love having Katie groom me. She’s fun, and she gentle and she makes me smile when she takes my picture. I get so excited when I go see Katie that I jump right up on her table ready to have her pat me.

"She was exactly what my dog needed!!!"
My pups are rescues that experienced neglect and abuse before knowing humans that have shown them love and trust. They needed a SPECIAL person and Katie was recommended to me by a retired groomer. She told me Katie was the one to take a dog to if they were a rescue because they needed patience special loving care. From the first time I met her I knew she was exactly what my dog needed!!!
She relaxed him and was able to groom a dog that had never been professionally groomed. We added another rescue to our family. She shakes with fear from her past. Katie takes the extra time with my little girl and she always leaves looking beautiful without a nick on her despite all the shaking. Katie offers love and talent and does a fantastic job every time on all my dogs!!! My dogs are happy to see Katie now for their appointments.

Hamilton and Jeter have been customers of Katie for almost 4 years now. Wherever Katie goes we follow. Hamilton, especially, loves when he gets to visit Katie as she spoils him just as much as we do. We couldn’t ask for a better dog groomer then Katie.

Katie is truly the epitome of an exceptional groomer, and hence why we drive over an hour to see her. She is mindful of my dog’s temperament and therefore we never have concern. Her grooms are always on point and in timely fashion. Even on her busiest and most stressful days, she still treats my dog and I like we are part of her family. My daughter loves that she even takes the extra time and care to take a nice photo of him to send us, and throw on a cute bandanna.
Without a doubt the best dog groomer EVER! Katie not only provides phenomenal grooming skills but in addition her personal touch with each and every furry friend that she encounters is amazing. Katie has been my groomer for 10+ years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a yorkie pup that had a traumatic grooming experience on his very first time by another groomer. I took him to Katie and she was so very patient and kind with him, although I don't think he ever truly enjoyed it, Katie always was excellent and patient and always did an excellent job. My poor guy is no longer with me but I have a new guy she will get to meet soon! Thanks Katie for your patience with Cosmo and good luck with your new business. I'm sure you will succeed!
